Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end e-commerce operations and marketing for core brands, driving sales, profitability, YOY growth, and new business development.
  • Develop and execute annual strategies aligned with brand objectives; analyze market trends and competitive dynamics to identify growth opportunities.
  • Build strong partnerships with senior stakeholders at brands and platforms to secure resources and collaboration.
  • Oversee cross-functional coordination and optimize team efficiency; manage talent pipeline and empower team capabilities.
  • Innovate marketing approaches and explore new business models to maintain competitive advantage.

The Successful Applicant
A successful EC Director should have:

  • 8+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, with proven ability to manage multi-channel marketing, operations, and billion-level GMV projects.
  • Strong understanding of platform marketing calendars and innovative campaign strategies; successful track record of creative marketing initiatives.
  • Experience with international brands or agencies preferred; English proficiency required for business communication.
  • Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills; self-driven and resilient under pressure.
