What you'll do:
  • Define and own the overall SEO strategy, including technical SEO, content SEO, and site architecture optimization, to drive organic growth in core markets.
  • Execute SEO for key page frameworks, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content structure/layout.
  • Develop actionable SEO plans aligned with business objectives, drive execution, and take ownership of traffic, visibility, rankings, and other core metrics.
  • Lead large-scale content production initiatives, such as template pages, vertical pages, and landing pages, to expand coverage and ranking potential.
  • Collaborate with external agencies, clearly defining roles and responsibilities, driving execution across content production, technical optimization, long-tail coverage, and site health, while ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Drive AEO (AI Engine Optimization) initiatives by aligning methodologies across teams, establishing execution workflows, monitoring adoption, and continuously iterating.
  • Partner with content, product, design, and engineering teams to ensure new pages, features, and content are built with strong SEO foundations.
  • Analyze search performance and user behavior to generate insights and drive continuous improvement; monitor competitor strategies, industry trends, and search algorithm updates to help the team adjust direction.
  • Build and maintain SEO dashboards, regularly sharing results, insights, and next-step plans with stakeholders.
What We're looking for:
  • 3–5 years of SEO experience, from internet companies, content platforms, e-commerce, SaaS, or tool-based products.
  • Strong expertise in keyword research, on-page optimization, internal linking, site architecture, and technical SEO.
  • Proficiency with SEO and analytics tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush, and Google Analytics.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with content, product, and engineering teams.
  • Strong data sensitivity and analytical skills, able to identify issues and uncover growth opportunities through analysis.
Nice to Have:
  • Front-end development experience, with familiarity in  architecture.
  • Experience with automation and AI, such as content generation workflows, scalable page strategies, or building SEO productivity tools.
  • Experience managing large-scale content ecosystems, template-driven sites, or vertical page frameworks.
  • Experience working with cross-country or cross-region teams, or ownership of multilingual SEO strategies.
  • Solid understanding of AI applications and trends in SEO, with a strong willingness to continue learning.
