PURPOSE OF POSITION

  • Q Project Management for new product development.
  • Define quality criteria for new product.
  • Make quality plan for IPD process and Mass production.

MAIN TASKS

  • Q project management for IPD and PIM process, make project plan, issue Q task, follow up project status, coordniate and ensure Q task are completed on time.
  • Study and verfiy the product specification according standards, develop test concpet for new product.
  • Release the Milestone Q-release report and sign the pre-serial, 0-serial report
  • Develop test method and test equipemnt, train the task owner.
  • Organize Field test for both internal and external.
  • Organize FMEA and TR for new product development.
  • Make process audit for both internal and external, ensure process capability are sufficient.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION

  • Engineering bachelor degree
  • Quality system knowledge, process audit
  • PCBA related knowlege
  • 5 year Quality engineer experience
