Team Lead, Large Corp

Resopnsibilities:
- Manage the team, develop marketing plan, solicite new target customers and development new focused account to support the team sustainable growth and formulate TMT industry strategy in GBA and also provide industry insight / coverage for all GBA teams crossed Large corporation, Mid-cap and SME.
- Drive the bank strategy execution to extend geography coverage from China to DBS core markets and promote cross selling on bank products and provide strategy advisory to capture the transactions in Capital market.
- Perform timely risk & credit reviews, facility documentation and administration, ensuring adherence to prevailing laws and banking regulations. Servicing customers and attend to their banking requirements.
Qualification and Experience
- University graduate, major in either Banking, Finance or Accounting is preferred.
- At least 10 years banking experience in both TMT industry and client relationship management
- Market intelligence to TMT world and good risk assessment skills
- Team management experience in relevant field is required to take the leader's role to manage and support team members for target achievement and career development.
