Machine Learning Ecosystem Support Engineer

*Company:*Qualcomm China*Job Area:*Engineering Group, Engineering Group > Software Applications Engineering*General Summary:*We are seeking a Machine Learning customer support Engineer to support individual developers/ISVs and other collaborators to enable or integrate AI/ML models on top of Qualcomm's hardware and software infrastructure. You will work to support enabling of the latest and greatest ML models, including Gen AI models. This role also involves to provide scalable AI solutions support for open source community.Key Responsibilities:Support end-to-end onboarding of AI/ML models support onto the Qualcomm platform from initial integration to production deployment.Develop and maintain onboarding documentation, best practices, and troubleshooting guides.Develop and support AI solutions to external and internal collaboratorsProvide technical support for developers/ISVs/open source Community.Required Qualifications:Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience in AI/ML model deployment and integration.Proficiency with model frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and ONNX.Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Preferred Skills:Good Python/C++ skills with excellent analytical and debugging capabilities.Solid understanding of machine learning technology and model deployment.Experience with LVM, LLM, LMM, and Transformer-based architectures.Knowledge of model optimization techniques for performance and accuracy.5+ years of industry experience in machine learning, multimedia, robotics, or AI.Hands-on experience with neural networks and practical AI/ML methods.Experience building AI applications, with a focus on practical, production-grade solutions.Education Requirements:Required: Bachelor, Computer Engineering and/or Computer Science and/or Electrical EngineeringPreferred: Master , Computer Engineering and/or Computer Science and/or Electrical EngineeringMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 2+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 1+ year of Software Engineering or related work experience.2+ years of academic or work experience with Programming Language such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc.*Minimum Qualifications:*Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 2+ years of Software Applications Engineering, Software Development experience, or related work experience.ORMaster's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 1+ year of Software Applications Engineering, Software Development experience, or related work experience.ORPhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.1+ year of any combination of academic and/or work experience with Programming Language such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc.1+ year of any combination of academic and/or work experience with debugging techniques.Qualcomm is an equal opportunity employer.
