In this Role, you will:

3+ years of industry experience in machine learning or data science (e-commerce and/or marketplace experience preferred)Design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge ML solutions to maximize impact across every area of the businessTake ownership of projects from scratch and work end-to-end to drive them from idea to delivered resultMaintain existing ML models and services and continuously improve themEvangelize ML throughout the organization, communicating results and methodology effectively within the team and to external stakeholders

We are looking for:

3+ years of industry experience in machine learning or data science (e-commerce and/or marketplace experience preferred)A track record of working end-to-end and shipping both offline and online machine learning solutions to productionExceptional programming skills (especially Python and SQL) and knowledge of software engineering best practices and development principles in an ML contextSome familiarity with AWS or another cloud platformExperience with relevant tools and technologies (PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, XGBoost, Deep Learning, NLP, Computer Vision, etc.)A self-starter who is ready to wear many hats, independently conceive and execute on large initiatives, and always brings a positive, collaborative attitude
