About you:

 What you'll do and what success looks like in this role:

• As the product lead to manage and drive the deposit portfolio, payment and card businesses, mainly focus on Deposit & Debit Card
• Own the pricing strategy for deposit and other card-related charges to ensure competitiveness and profitability
• Define overall product strategy and roadmap working closely with the Head of Deposits, Payment and Card.
• Drive initiatives to attract new customers and improve product adoption leveraging market insights, data analytics and emerging technologies if applicable
• Monitor key performance indicators as P&L owner and implement strategies to increase card usage, improve customer engagement and optimise deposit portfolio.
• Partner with Marketing team to develop and execute go-to-market strategies, acquisition and usage campaigns and lifecycle management.
• Manage and develop end-to-end process and workflow in order to improve customer experience
• Review and provide updates to the applicable procedure manual, terms and conditions, and any other materials for deposit product in order to comply with the regulatory requirements
• Coordinate and work with Technology, Customer & Growth, Legal & Compliance team in order to execute business plans, new product launches and campaigns
• Prepare and present comprehensive reports, dashboards, trends and recommendations to senior management and committees.
  

What is required and what we're looking for:

• Degree holder with major in Finance, Marketing or related discipline
• At least 8 years of hand-on product & portfolio management experience in retail banking or financial industry, preferably Deposits & Debit Cards
• Independent, ability to work under pressure and sensitive to market changes with a proactive approach to drive business growth
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
• Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese
