Position:  Clothing Manufacturing Specialist

Working Hours: Full-Time │Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm PDT

Holidays:  US and Local Holiday

Salary:  Up to 1200 USD  -Can pay more for someone who can handle merch design

:  manufacturing Front to Back (creating tech packs is key here)

Search:  Preference for China or the Philippines

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Clothing Manufacturing Specialist to support our production operations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with apparel manufacturers, the ability to create precise tech packs, and the skills to manage production workflows efficiently. This role requires excellent communication skills, both in Mandarin and English, and comfort using digital collaboration tools.

Role Responsibilities:

Coordinate with clothing manufacturers to ensure high-quality production and timely delivery.Prepare and manage tech packs (clothing design briefs) with accurate specifications, materials, and measurements.Oversee the manufacturing process, addressing any production issues that may arise.Collaborate with the design and operations team to maintain consistency in product development.Track project timelines and communicate updates through project management tools.Ensure clear communication between internal teams and manufacturers in both English and Mandarin.

Requirements:

Has at least 2+ years of Experience performing the same roleBased in China or fluent in both Mandarin and English (written & spoken).Proven experience working with clothing/apparel manufacturers.Strong knowledge of tech pack creation and garment production processes.Tech-savvy and comfortable using Google Workspace, Slack, and project management platforms.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Availability to work part-time or full-time, depending on business needs.
