Principal responsibilities:


•    Attend classroom training to get familiar with Hang Seng China Commercial Banking business with insights.

•    Understand and familiar with the business / function strategy and act according to the corporate strategic priorities.

•    Demonstrate a proactive attitude and strong motivation to learn the Bank's business, products, and operations procedures.

•    Evaluate own performance and seek feedback from others to continuously improve own capability.

•    Provide necessary support to attached department / team to gain as much as experience.

•    Take initiative in upgrading knowledge and widening exposures, and drive self to deliver results.

•    Connect and work collaboratively with different stakeholders and deliver quality services to internal and / or external customers which meet the Bank's standards.

Job Requirements:


•    Bachelor or above degree with maximum 2 years' working experience.

•    Strong 'team' skills promoting an environment of co-operation and trust, overcoming resistance where encountered.

•    Possess analytical and financial skills.

•    Good verbal and written communications skills.

•    Proficiency in both Chinese and English.
