Job Title:Technical Management TraineeSummary:The Technical Management Trainee Program accelerates the excellent new graduates with master's degree in major of Chemical related for future Application Development Engineer or Junior Marketing role. The program will develop the talents through a structured training program and combining multiple job assignments.Responsibilities Include:

Marketing/Application Development Management Trainee program is:

  • A two-year program consisting of 2-3 cross-function rotational assignments within the Regional Growth, Technology, Marketing etc.
  • Program participants strengthen their technical knowledge, project management and leadership skills by completing an intensive curriculum consisting of on job training, classroom training, online training symposiums.
  • Targeted to be Technical Application Engineer after graduation from trainee program with efficient of technical skills as well as solid soft skill like communication, presentation etc. to be the pipeline for future leaders positions.

The main tasks and responsibilities are,

  • Promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
  • Rotate across business units and functions based on company needs.
  • Support lab testing and operate equipment safely and independently.
  • Assist ADEs with product performance testing and analysis to prepare data package
  • Analyze and resolve operational issues and continues drive efficiency and improvement
  • Collaborate with teams across Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, Sales and customers
  • Other tasks/ activities/trainings arranged by managers
Qualifications:

The following are required for the role

  • Fresh graduate whose major in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials, Polymer Science or relevant
  • Excellent verbal and written skill in both Chinese and English communication
  • Strong leadership skills and self-confident
  • Independent, open-minded, strong learning agility
