Technical Marketing Manager

Location: Shanghai or Guangzhou

Job Purpose

To provide technical and scientific training, supervision and support regarding products and services to colleagues, distributors, end users and related bodies in the industry within Greater CHINA.

Job Highlights

  • Provide technical and scientific training for internal colleagues and business partners
  • Assist sales team including replying enquiries, questions
  • Assist and work closely with business partners: visit distributors, answer enquiries
  • Conduct and assist with laboratory trials, field trials (commercial and/or non-commercial)
  • Create and/or review technical/marketing materials (e.g. presentation, technical sheets, sales literature, product labels)
  • Contribute to the business strategy in product-related development project
  • Expert image & network: participate in the organization of events and create a good image as a biosecurity leader (e.g. provide technical speech)
  • Technical and competitor watch

Requirements

  • Educational qualifications in agricultural engineering, animal production, animal husbandry, veterinary science, biosecurity, hygiene, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience providing technical support within the Swine industry.
  • Strong technical expertise in agriculture and animal science, with a particular focus on Swine operations.
  • Knowledgeable in technical marketing and strategic evaluation.
  • Effective communication abilities.
  • Collaborative team member.
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
