工作职责
Clinical:

• Completing physio therapy examination that includes: taking the patient/client history, conducting a systems review, and performing tests and measures to identify potential and existing problems;

• Monitoring a patient's progress, modifying a plan of care and trying new treatments as needed,especially following by standard procedures such MMT, range of motion, stretching and functional assessment; helping patients' rehabilitation by functional movement, manual technique and physical factor modalities;.

• Under supervision by advanced therapist for developing clinical reasoning, improving communication skills and effectiveness.

• Educating and advising patients and their physical status about how to prevent and/or improve conditions;

• Cooperating with other healthcare staff to supply and receive relevant information about the background and progress of patients; and referring patients who need other specific medical attention;

• The senior therapist assists in the supervision and education of therapist trainees ; the therapist trainee attends the training courses.

• Maintaining workspace in an appropriate manner

• Managing clinical risk.
Marketing:

• Attend the marketing work.

任职要求

• Valid bachelor or master degree of rehabilitation education;

• Valid Chinese intermediate rehabilitation therapist license;

• A genuine concern for the wellbeing and health of patients;

• Strong communication skills - verbal and written;

• Intermediate English level;

• Capable of performing evaluation and treatment
