WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for an Energy Lead Product Line Manager in the GC Express Lane team.

The focus of this role is creating inspiring product on a faster timeline and to serve consumers of Greater China that can lead to create hyperlocal energy through deep consumer, community and influencer insights. This person will need to have a great understanding of Nike footwear across lifestyle and performance, trends in color, graphics, material and be the pulse for style, trend and storytelling that local consumers are seeking. Meanwhile, he/she will also lead to create head-to-toe opportunity in apparel that enables the most comprehensive storytelling for our projects

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

The Lead Product Line Manager for Nike Express Lane will be responsible for the Color, Graphics and Materials focusing on key Sports energy products for both footwear and apparel.

This role is responsible for supporting the vision for Nike Sports team through a hyperlocal lens, and so requires someone who can put themselves in the mind space of GC consumers and understand how to serve them, apply insights from the best representatives of GC consumers and make impact through coveted product. You will work with a broader TRIAD team from across Design and Development and closely partner with our energy merch and brand team as well as your global product & merchandising partners to understand & fuel franchise and marketplace strategies. You will monitor progress against objectives and adjust plans as needed, including hitting cost/margin on your projects and all aspects of product management to successfully deliver the line to market. You'll ensure the accuracy of information in NIKE Inc. internal product management systems. You'll also be responsible for creating and delivering impactful presentations at internal and external meetings on a regular cadence.

You will foster strong relationships with your peers across the entire Sports team and partner closely with Merchandising to ensure integration and alignment on key initiatives, innovations, and product journeys. As a key member of the Product Management team, you will serve as a proactive partner during critical checkpoints & planning moments. You will be responsible for coordinating and communicating the line or specific products to internal and external audiences.

You'll be responsible for collaborating with Design, Tech Development, Merchandising, Brand teammates to create industry leading footwear and apparel with compelling & impactful stories.

WHAT YOU BRING

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or 2 additional years of experience in lieu of degree
• 5 years of product experience
• Strong understanding of consumers across Sports and Cultural
• Proven track record of displaying strong business acuity & strategic decision making
• Phenomenal product eye
• Strong style sensibility
• Trend foresight
• Proven track record of fostering a collaborative team environment
• Ability to tell compelling stories
• Strategic thinking, product line management and franchise management experience, with ability to drive solid X-functional plans.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, including presentations
• Exceptional attention to details and deadlines
• Strong organizational & influencing skills
