The Position

Principle Roles & Responsibilities / Accountabilities

  • Collaborate with brand peer to maximize the portfolio brand equity and business performance
  • Develop and execute brand strategy to drive growth of business
  • Plan and implement academic projects successfully in line with brand strategy
  • Build and lead cross-functional project teams. Set clear expectations, delegate tasks, and ensure team members are motivated and productive
  • Establish and enhance the relationship and cooperation with TAEs through integrated platforms, build up high reputation among TAEs
  • Closely monitor and report brand performance and competitors' related activities
  • Develop promotional materials and tolls and finish sales training regularly

Qualification and Experience

  • 5+ years' working experience in marketing and sales (2+years in marketing)
  • Bachelor's degree in pharmaceutical / business or related
  • Strong experience in related T.A. with solid KOL relationships
  • Fluent English ability for frequent communication
  • Excellent interpersonal ability
  • Comprehensive experience in project management and innovation
  • Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
