USD PE Fund is looking for a Finance Manager
based in Shanghai. This role reports directly to the Managing Partner and is designed as a long-term path toward a CFO position.

The position is focused on:

  • Overseeing all financial operations for the USD fund (accounting, valuation, compliance, LP reporting).
  • Supporting pre-investment financial due diligence and post-investment portfolio monitoring.
  • Playing a key role in overseas fundraising, including preparing materials, engaging with LPs, and handling diligence requests.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5+ years of experience in financial services audit at a top accounting firm or equivalent fund finance experience.
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical abilities, a practical mindset, and exceptional attention to detail.
