Assessment of risks and their minimizing; Provide legal consulting and legal training service to relevant stakeholders; Legal consulting is provided in a timely and clear manner, and overall legal awareness among stakeholders is improved; Familiarize and keep abreast of all regulatory changes, ensure proper management of corporate legal affairs—including director changes, renewals, and other matters related to Board of Directors resolutions and meetings—with the support of line manager;

Have a good command of relevant laws, interested in legal research and analysis, detailed oriented in drafting corporate documents; Conduct investigation or verification of compliance cases with the support of line manager; All relevant facts and evidence related to the compliance case are collected and documented thoroughly; Other work (international and local projects) as assigned by line Manager;

A good team player, interested to explore new areas of practice.
