Ensures compliance with generally accepted accounting principles, corporate policies and provides accurate, insightful, and timely financial analysis while driving profitable growth.

Job Requirements
  • Improving Sales and/or Product Management team performance through enhanced analysis, reporting, key performance indicator tracking.
  • Supporting the Strategic Plan process and long-term P&L modeling for new products.
  • Driving the organizational talent agenda through development, diversity, retention, and recruitment efforts.
  • Evaluating long-term impact of portfolio/mix change driven by industry and competitive trends.
What your background should look like

Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field with 12 or more years of experience; or Masters with 10 or more years of experience; or PhD level with 6 or more years of experience; or local equivalent
