Job Overview

The Sr. Manager FP&A will drive key financial planning and forecasting processes for BU CLS, including business partnering with BU leadership team and BU finance leaders, supporting strategic priorities and financial goals. This position will be located in Shanghai, China and reports to CLS CFO.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities
1. Lead BU FP&A team, own and lead key financial processes: quarterly earnings release, monthly R&O review, month end actual reporting while working alongside the wider stakeholders to deliver segment goals
2. Coordinate strategic plan process for BU CLS 
3. Provide timely business decision support to CLS leadership through conduct of financial analysis, reporting and modeling
4. Provide insights and recommendations driven by data analytics and advanced modelling techniques, lead BU financial data analytics transformation
5. Partner with BU leaders and other BU finance leaders to drive financial objectives and other business activities
6. Provide support for special projects and other ad/hoc requests (e.g. capital expenditure analysis, integration activities, restructuring activities, etc.)
7. Driving continuous improvement projects around FP&A processes and lead TEOA-F projects.

What your background should look like

Qualification:
1. Bachelors in Degree in Accountancy or professional accounting qualification (CPA, CIMA or ACCA)
2. Master degree or higher or local equivalent may be preferred at this level 
3. Approximately 15+ years of business experience in MNC and good understanding of US GAAP
4. Advanced financial modeling skills – ability to create pro forma or forecasted Income Statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow Statements.
5. ERP system knowledge
6. Good knowledge of Hyperion and PowerPoint
7. Excellent communication skills in English
8. High degree of initiative with strong analytical and problem solving skills 
9. Able to work independently and balance multiple priorities and commitments
10. Good sense of analysis and time management skill
11. Be able to work under pressure
12. Able to lead a team
