岗位职责:

项目日常财务业务的审核与分析,收入审核及与外部机构进行沟通和稽核;
各类型项目预算执行数据的梳理、协助项目预算编制;
税务申报、税务沟通、发票管理等。

 任职要求:

全日制本科及以上学历,财会、金融相关专业。5年及以上财务BP相关经验,有中级/高级会计职称或CPA。熟悉公司整体财务管理及税务管理,能够独立开展经营分析。
高级:
全日制本科及以上学历,财会、金融相关专业。8年及以上财务BP相关经验,具备财务BP团队管理经验,有中级/高级会计职称或CPA。熟悉公司整体财务管理及税务管理,能够独立开展经营分析。能够发挥领导作用,识别经营过程中财务风险并对流程优化提出有效建议。
具备基金或者房地产开发、物业管理行业经验者优先。
内部财务数据分析、外部监管数据报送相关的支持工作。
