About The Business
Business Process Solutions (BPS) and Tax practices help businesses manage their accounting, tax, payroll, and technology processes by leveraging experienced professionals who provide advice and practical support through a mix of outsourcing, contract personnel, cosourcing, and project related services. Core services include: financial accounting and operations, business process technology, human resources and payroll, and tax compliance and reporting.

Work you'll do

• Be responsible for handling accounting services such as preparing financial statement and treasury
• Be responsible for handling tax compliance projects such as preparing tax returns and computations in various jurisdictions
• Assists with tax consulting projects such as performing tax research and drafting tax advisory reports
• Develops knowledge of current tax legislation across the Corporate Tax and Payroll function
• Participates in documenting various files, reports and other possible deliverables
• Participates in client relationship management activities
• Applies technology knowledge to address client business challenges
• Collects, assimilates, and analyzes data and uses standard processes and tools to help surface and support solutions for solving problems in the Tax and Legal business
• Helps clients mitigate risk, meet compliance obligations and statuary deadlines, and realize business goals
• Recognizes the key capabilities required to deliver a high quality service experience to the client
• Develops understanding of strategies/mechanisms to enable automation and continuous quality improvement

We are looking for someone with

• Bachelor degree or above, major in accounting or taxation related
• Preferred 2-3 years' full-time related working experiences in relevant job scope.
• A qualification certificate is preferred, including but not limited to, CICPA, ACCA, or AICPA, CTA
• Good understanding of PRC accounting standards, IFRS or US GAAP, tax laws/rules and payroll regulations
• Strong business writing skills in both English and Chinese as well as fluent spoken English language
• Experienced in using ERP system like Oracle or SAP, or other accounting software
• Good communication skills and can maintain positive working relationships with appropriate client personnel on all engagements
• Actively involve in new or challenging projects, can be a team player and help maintain good working environment with the team
• Aspires to be a professional in a very competitive environment and demonstrate strong commitment in the profession
