Job purpose This position is set for the purpose of developing commercial relations with key accounts like hospital administration and pharmacy department director (as well as key members of pharmaceutical affairs committee), ensuring successful in-listing of Bracco products into identified key hospital accounts. 设立该职位的目的是与医院管理层和药剂科主任(以及药学事务委员会的关键成员)等关键客户发展商业关系,确保博莱科产品成功列入确定的关键医院客户。 Main Responsibilities, Activities, Duties and Tasks

  • Define regional development plan for key hospital accounts with relevant MIR teams. 和相关业务团队一起制定关键医院和客户的区域发展计划。
  • Promote Bracco brand and key product message in hospital administration and pharmacy department director (as well as key members of pharmaceutical affairs committee). 向医院行政与药剂科主任(以及药物事务委员会主要成员)推广博莱科品牌,传递关键产品信息。
  • Establish partnership with relevant societies and drug distributors. 与相关的行业协会和药品经销商建立合作伙伴关系。
  • Achieve in-listing target for strategic products in target hospitals. 确保战略产品在目标医院成功开户。
  • Collect policy implementation trend of hospital secondary discount negotiation and DRG, etc., with proper proposal to the company. 收集医院二次议价和DRG政策执行的趋势,向公司提供合适的建议与方案。
  • Aware of and comply with the corporate and local Quality/EHS Manual, Quality/EHS Management System, Quality/EHS Management Policy, Quality/EHS Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position. 关注和遵守公司要求的质量、环境健康手册、管理体系和管理政策、目标和该职位的相关的法规要求。

  • Medical/pharmacy/bio engineering or relevant education background, college above. 医、药、生物工程等相关专业本科以上学历。 Professional Experience, Knowledge & Technical/Professional Skills
  • Good understanding in government's policy about medical reform, centralized procurement, in-listing process, etc. 对政府关于医改、药品集中采购、进院流程等相关政策有准确的理解。
  • At least 5-year scientific promotion experience in pharmaceutical industry or drug distribution management, relevant KA experience preferred. 五年以上制药行业专业推广经验或药品经销管理经验,有大客户相关经验者优先考虑。
  • Basic English skill in reading and writing 基本的英语读写能力。
  • Business management PC software skills 具有商务相关电脑软件技能。
  • Capable to travel frequently. 能够接受频繁出差。
