The Impact You'll Make in this Role

· 临床学术推广: 能够深入理解产品的临床价值,为医护人员提供专业的产品介绍、技术培训和学术支持,组织科室会议、研讨会等学术活动。
· 合规与团队协作: 严格遵守公司行为准则及医疗行业法规,确保所有商业活动的合规性。与市场部、医学部等内部团队紧密协作,共同推动品牌建设与业务增长。

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, the following qualifications:

· University graduate with Medical/Nursing degrees and more than two years of medical consumables sales experience. 医学/护理背景全日制本科毕业,要有两年以上医疗器械销售经验 。

· Strong learning agility, selling skills, can work independently with minimum supervision. 要有较强的自我学习和销售能力,独立的完成公司交给的各项工作任务。

· Resilient, can work under pressure, and good at problem-solving. 要有抗压能力,能够解决错综复杂问题能力,要有团队合作精神。
