工作职责
1)负责创新药研发临床前药物毒理研究和安全评估工作,支持临床申报;
2)针对小分子新药研发项目的靶标,负责提供毒理和安全药理研究方案和实验设计;
3)与项目组成员高效协同,推动项目组完成毒理和安全药理实验并能够正确解读结果及完成所需报告,为项目组输出建设性意见;
4)负责部分小分子立项工作。

任职要求
1)毒理或药理专业及相关领域Ph.D 学位,5年以上相关领域工作经验;
2)长期聚焦药物毒理研究和安全评价工作,参与和主导过项目成功PCC、IND优先;
3)主观能动性强,严谨、实干,善于应对多类复杂分子毒理研究和风险分析;
4)有较强的协调沟通能力,团队协作精神佳;
5)熟悉境内多家CRO毒理研究机构并有广泛合作经验;
6)英文听说读写流利为佳。
