Brief description:

As Interior Light Lab Engineer, he/she is responsible for maintenance the interior light lab,lead the optic test work of display/i-ID/switch/interior light/HUD for all project. Assure the test plan, test case and test report could meet the requirement of VW and project timeline. He/she also need to lead the whole car level light inspection organization. Work together with all related departments. 

Key tasks:

1.Responsible for all activities of interior light lab, including test activities, maintenance, budget, generate purchasing order, 6S, safety and so on.

2.Responsible for the optic test work of display/i-ID/switch/interior light/HUD for all project.

3.Responsible for make the test plan and confirm with project team.

4.Responsible for make the test case and explanation document showing the test method and confirm with WOB.

5.Guide testing technicians and participate in the implementation of testing plans, collect testing data and test problem points.

6.Responsible for the accuracy of the product testing process, the reliability of testing data, and the correctness of testing methods.

7.Responsible for test resource prepare, including car, test parts, test bench, test equipment and so on.

8.Responsible for assemble the parts to be tested onto the vehicle.

9.Responsible for organize the whole car level light inspection, and make the report.

10.Responsible for contact all relevant department in WOB and VCTC.

Qualification and skills:

1.Engineering Bachelor/Master degree in Automotive or Electrical Engineering or similar

2.More than 3 years auto industry optic test working experience.

3.Excellent skill of photometer, spectrometer and other optic test equipment.
Good knowledge of manufacturing process of HUD, display and light.
Good knowledge of CANoe. Skill of ODIS is a plus.

Good knowledge of the office software.

4.Good troubleshooting capabilities.
Good communication and coordination skills strong team awareness.
5.Excellent business language skills in English (written and oral) mandatory
