Brief description of the position:

VCTC integration team just set up their test automation team to ensure the concept and overall integration testing regarding to the VW electrical and electronic architecture, the Position of test automation is responsible for integrate high level test automation into VW HiL environment.

Key Tasks:

  1. Write automation test cases, including functional testing, network testing, diagnostic testing, etc
  2. Build an automated testing environment and complete debugging of the automated testing environment
  3.  Develop and maintain automated testing scripts, complete debugging of automated testing scripts
  4. Support automated testing and analyze test reports, track bugs, and assist the team in resolving issues
  5. Responsible for signal analysis and test results analysis with automation

Qualification and skills required for the position: 

Education:

  • Full-time Bachelor's degree or above. in major electronic, automation or similar 

Working experience:

  • 3 years or above professional experience of Test Automation Engineer working experience
  • 3 years or above experience with modelling on the HiL test bench 

Knowledge, skills and others:

  • Communication and organizational skills
  • very structured and organized way of working 
  • Proficient in ECU Test/EXAM/AutomationDesk etc. automated testing development software
  • Possess certain software programming skills such as Python/C, and have good programming habits 
  • Proficient in automotive simulation testing tools such as CANoe, ODIS, VTD, Prescan, etc
  • Proficient in using dSPACE devices and toolchains such as ControlDesk and AURELION
  • Possess certain experience in ADAS and intelligent cockpit testing and development
  • Familiar with vehicle network communication: CAN, LIN, SENT, Ethernet.
