Primary interface for the vehicle integration test team, guiding technical execution alongside other test roles. Coordinates cross-group collaboration to ensure timely planning, execution, and review of tests per VW standards. Owns end-to-end accountability and delivery for test deliverables and alignment with project milestones.

key task:

  1. Creation, review and tracking of the test plans on system integration level
  2. Planing and coordinating of system integration tests
  3. Consolidation of test results
  4. Attendance in Project-Rounds for collecting HW/SW release plannings and vehicle project information.
  5. Identification and handling of product and project risks inside if the test plan
  6. Evaluation of the impacts in case of changes like delays or HW/SW adaptations with summarized providing of recommendations for action to the integration test team
  7. Collecting and processing of consolidated test results, test coverages, error status, Functional experiences,...
  8. rticipation inside of the statements and release recommendations

Qualification:

1.Bachelor's degree or above 

2.Experience in project management Project management professional certification (PMP) preferred Agile work methods (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, Agile teams, PRINCE2,...) preferred 

3.Several years op professional project-management experience preferred Several years of professional experience in integration & testing preferred ISTQB FL are preferred Good ability in communicating in English and Chinese is must Good ability in organization is must Structured and organized way of working Basic know-How on New energy vehicles preferred Basic Know-How on Intelligent vehicle preferred
