工作职责

工作岗位:机构客户经理岗(企业客户业务-特委业务方向)
工作地点:深圳
岗位职责:
1、制定特殊方式委托交易业务方案,对接潜在业务机会,协助分支机构路演;
2、对接客户交易需求及执行落实,为客户提供算法交易以及交易规则咨询;
3、持续跟踪交易系统,优化改进交易结果,对接IT部门进行系统及算法更新;
4、根据展业需求,建立健全特殊方式委托交易业务制度及其他业务类型工作;
5、其他涉及企业客户业务的相关工作。

任职要求
1、国内外院校硕士研究生及以上学历,具有一定的证券、金融、计算机等相关背景;
2、掌握计算机、证券等专业基础知识,精通python等脚本语言开发,对于量化择时、流动性分析有一定了解;
3、具有2以上证券行业工作经验;熟悉股票分析理论和基本的算法交易知识;熟悉上市公司大股东交易规则与信息披露要求,具备独立的逻辑推理和研究能力;
4、学习能力强,熟悉各类金融工具,具有较好的数据分析能力、公文撰写能力、沟通协调能力、高效执行力;
5、具有较强的责任意识、严谨的工作态度和团队合作精神;诚实守信,具有极强的交易纪律意识和良好的职业操守、无不良记录。
