Industrial Engineer

As a industrial engineer, You will be responsible for the lean improvement and enhancement work in the industrial coatings cell of the Tianjin plant. You will report to Operations Manager and location is Tianjin.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for cell 5s management. Provide the training plan to ensure the training of 5S to all team members.
  • Find solutions for efficient and cost-saving production, be responsible for workshop layout utilization and relevant management.
  • Study current production organizational mode, find the improvement opportunities, and make the action plan. Train team members in the 6 Sigma, Engineering, Quality, Program Management…etc. when required to complete successful projects.
  • Cooperate with production supervisor, process engineer for the new process development
  • Prepare detailed plans to track project performance and assure timely completion and achievement of quality and savings goals.

Qualifications

  • 1 or more years of experience in Lean/Industrial Engineering (IE).
  • Bachelor's degree and majored in IE, Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, etc.
  • Basic proficiency in English
  • Solid knowledge on Lean relevant
  • Familiar with CAD
