Key Responsibilities
- Key Account Management: Lead the management of strategic and large customers in the coating industry. Build deep, long-term partnerships by understanding business priorities and providing value-added solutions.
- New Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities with target accounts, ensuring sustainable growth and expansion of the customer base.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement effective account sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals while strengthening market position.
- Customer Engagement: Act as the primary contact for key accounts. Drive senior-level engagement and foster trust across customer organizations.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, product development, technical, and supply chain teams to deliver customized solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Performance Management: Monitor and analyze sales performance, prepare accurate forecasts, and report progress regularly to senior management.
- Team Support: Share best practices and provide guidance to colleagues to enhance overall team effectiveness.
Basic Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the coatings industry, preferably in AUTO coating field, with solid experience in handling key accounts and a proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levels of client organizations.
- Business Acumen: Demonstrated ability to identify growth opportunities, lock in core accounts, and convert them into long-term business.
- Drive: Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

:作为关键客户的主要联系人,推动高层互动,建立跨组织的信任关系。 - 跨部门协作
:与市场、产品研发、技术支持及供应链团队紧密合作,提供定制化解决方案,确保客户满意度。 - 绩效管理
:跟踪和分析销售业绩,编制准确的销售预测,并定期向管理层汇报进展。 - 团队支持
:分享最佳实践,为团队成员提供指导,提升整体团队效能。
基本要求
- 学历
:本科及以上学历,化学、材料科学、工商管理或相关专业。 - 经验
:至少5年涂料行业销售经验,优先考虑汽车涂料领域背景,具备扎实的大客户管理经验,并有实现和超越销售目标的成功记录。 - 技能
:具备出色的沟通、谈判和关系管理能力,能够与客户组织各层级的利益相关者有效互动。 - 商业敏锐度
:具备识别增长机会、锁定核心客户并将其转化为长期合作的能力。 - 驱动力
