Technical Sales Manager- BPC- East

- Manage and grow the Personal Care business through further penetration, expansion and diversification of the customer base, to ensure that activities generate profitable growth.
- Driving growth at or above AOP and NPI target levels.
- Work closely with distributors to grow our business at responsible customers.
- Work closely in conjunction with marketing, technology, ADE and product manager to drive results.
- Effectively collecting market intelligence and feeding it back into marketing team.
- Ensure the team delivers compelling technical presentations to drive sales.
- Develop key account strategy and execute it to grow.
- Work with other members in other regions for global customers.
The following are required for the role
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of solid experience in technology related to skincare or makeup formulation development.
- Strong market insight and business acumen within the Person Care industry.
- Effective communication and presentation skills internally and externally.
- Proactive, optimistic, and solution oriented.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the given territory.
- Fluent Spoken and Written English.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Chemistry, Biology, or related fields.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Success commercial experience in promoting natural ingredients or cosmetic products is plus.
- High standard of integrity and behaves in a fair and ethical manner.
- Strong mentality and physical strength.
- Self-motivated individual with high level of creativity, technical curiosity and strong team spirit.
