Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and develop business relationships with both Key Accounts (major
supermarket chains, convenience stores, etc.) and distributor partners.
• Formulate and execute joint business plans with KA and distributors to achieve sales
targets and market share growth.
• Oversee the implementation of all channel agreements, ensuring compliance in
areas of pricing, promotion, and product placement.
• Conduct regular performance reviews with partners, providing training and strategic
guidance to drive sales.
• Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify
opportunities and adapt channel strategies.
• Manage P&L, responsible for accurate sales forecasting, revenue achievement, and
cost control.
• Maintain close communication with all stakeholders, including partners and internal
teams, to ensure operational excellence.
• Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and other functions to meet customer
needs and ensure high service levels.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, business development, or channel
management, with proven experience in Key Account (KA) and distributor
management within the Hong Kong market. FMCG industry background is preferred.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and managing regional P&L.
• Strong understanding of Hong Kong market dynamics, consumer behavior, and
retail channel operations.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English (both written and spoken) is required;
proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
