Job Description
Reporting into the Tax Senior manager (also based in Shanghai) and working closely with the middle team.

  • Assist in preparing and submitting accurate tax returns in compliance with local regulations.
  • Support the tax team with audits and inquiries from tax authorities.
  • Review financial documents to ensure consistency with tax reporting requirements.
  • Identify potential tax risks and provide recommendations for mitigation.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of tax-related processes and communications.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper tax accounting and compliance.
  • Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations relevant to the FMCG industry.
  • Contribute to special tax projects as assigned by the department.

The Successful Applicant
We are looking for a candidate with strong technical skills. You will ideally have 3years+ Audit experience with a couple of years in a leadership role. We are open to candidates from any industry but experience within FMCG would be highly favourable

  • Bachelor's degree or above, major in law, accounting, auditing, finance, business administration etc.
  • Knowledge of tax compliance, risk assessment, control activities, process management area.
  • Good analytical capability and solid knowledge in tax area
  • Industrial knowledge of FMCG and food market practice (preferred) and governance environment.
  • Passionate, self-motivated and open minded
  • Solid interpersonal and communication skills and collaboration attitude
  • English as working language.
