Responsibilities:

• Communicate proactively with clients, employees, and KPMG member firm colleagues, while managing expectations and ensuring high-quality delivery of both advisory and compliance engagements;
• Develop, review, and refine tax equalization policies and international assignment policies;
• Coordinate and contribute to special projects, including supporting partners and senior managers on proposals, business development initiatives, and ad hoc works;
• Manage engagement financials by meeting practice financial targets, ensuring timely and accurate billing, and monitoring engagement profitability;
• Mentor, coach, and develop junior team members, while overseeing workflow, resource allocation, and utilization to ensure efficient project execution.
• Stay abreast of relevant tax developments and contribute to thought leadership, internal knowledge sharing, and practice development initiatives.

Experience and Knowledge
:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in personal tax, global mobility services or similar
• Strong technical knowledge of individual income tax principles and cross-border tax considerations
• Possess presentation skills with an excellent command of spoken and written English. Local language skills are a plus
• Excellent communication and client management skills
• Strong organisational and project management skills
• Ability to supervise and mentor staff

Education and Professional Certifications:

• Bachelor' s degree from an accredited university
• Professional qualification such as CTA, CPA
