General Responsibilities

Following up gateway cost indication and company tariff to assist product manager to offer competitive cost to DSV network sales to get business achievement.

Detailed Responsibilities

  • Collecting market rate from subcontractors.
  • Build and input pricing database of daily work.
  • Managing group email and forward it to in charge person if it hasn't followed up.
  • Answering the Airfreight and Sea freight quotation to DSV network according to allocation on based traffic lane.
  • Collaborate with operation to make the business processing running smoothly.
  • Take the full ownership of a customer's inquiry and solving their problem with a "CAN-DO" attitude.
  • Back up for other team members when necessary.

  • Internal –All DSV local and oversea Internal department
  • External –Subcontractors

Education & Working Experience

  • College Degree or above
  • Experience in a customer focused role preferred
  • Honest, reliable and responsible; positive attitude under high pressure, problem solver 

Skills & Knowledge

  • Knowledge in freight forwarding and logistics.
  • Knowledge of business processes
  • Know how in air / ocean / logistics / SCM
  • Skillful of PC & Internet
  • Good command of Mandarin
  • PPT, Excel, Word
  • Fluent English in both oral and written
