该职位来源于猎聘 工作职责: 1,参与海外客户需求分析讨论,理解和引导客户明确量化技术需求,完成需求确认书; 2,公司资源和能力,评估需求,线索的技术可行性,协助相关部门完成技术方案,并于客户讲解技术方案,收集和整理客户反馈, 牵引公司研发部门完善技术方案,和客户达成技术方案最终共识; 3,协调和监督内部设计,生产,调试,品质,交付的按质按量按时交付; 4,协助海外同事客户现场设备和方案的交付,调试和培训; 5,协助海外同事客户现场的技术问题处理和解决,必要时出差现场。 任职要求: 1,本科及以上,机械、自动化、应用物理、光学、电气设计等相关专业,能用英语作为工作语言,有海外留学优先; 2,有3年以上自动化设备或激光设备研发,设计,技术支持经验,熟知设备的光、机、电、软、工艺等相关常识和技能; 3,熟悉使用Solidworks、Eplan, CAD、Microsoft office,激光加工cam等软件,有海外或外企工作经验优先; 4,具备激光微加工设备设计、生产、售前/售后技术支持优先考虑。 备注:此岗位预计半年到一年后派往海外工作,前期在国内公司熟悉,公司将协助办理美国L签证及绿卡等事宜
