Job Description
About the Company

  • We are a leading textiles and garment manufacturer headquartered in Hong Kong, with a state-of-the-art production facility in Guangdong employing over 1,000 staff.
  • Our clientele includes renowned fashion retailers and brands across Japan, Europe, the United States, and China.
  • As we continue to grow and evolve, we are seeking a strategic and experienced professional to lead our HR function and drive organizational excellence at our Dongguan factory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Report directly to the CEO and serve as a key member of the leadership team
  • Take full ownership of HR and administrative functions at the Guangdong factory
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the Group's long-term goals
  • Lead and mentor the HR & Admin team to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and foster a culture of open communication
  • Design and execute HR policies and procedures that support organizational development
  • Oversee all aspects of people management, including recruitment, training, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and culture-building
  • Ensure full compliance with PRC employment laws and regulations
  • Participate in ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) activities and support related initiatives across the organization

Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 12 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior managerial role within manufacturing environments
  • Prior experience in the garment or textiles industry is highly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of PRC employment ordinance and labor regulations
  • Proven leadership, strategic thinking, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in English, Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Knowledge of ESG principles and practices is a strong advantage
