The PositionKey Responsibilities

  • Prototype support (under guidance):

    • Basic document tasks (TMF/ISF/contract classification, file naming checks, simple key-field extraction).

    • EC submission checklists: completeness validation and missing-item alerts.

    • Contract/Budget keyword/term highlighting using rules + existing NLP/LLM.

    • CDE data format and consistency checks with simple validations.

  • Data preparation: small-scale labeling, text cleaning, de-identification, basic OCR/table extraction (tools provided).

  • Scripting & tooling: write clear Python notebooks/scripts; optionally wrap into a simple app (e.g., Streamlit/Gradio).

  • Evaluation & QA: run basic metrics (precision/recall on sampled data), collect user feedback, track issues, and iterate.

  • Documentation & enablement: create short how-to guides, demo features to users.

  • Compliance: follow SOPs and privacy rules; use de-identified data and keep good records.
