We are presently recruiting for the position of Director of Financing (APAC, EMEA & Americas) at Gotion High-Tech. This position is responsible for developing and executing global financing strategies, securing low-cost and stable capital sources to support Gotion's global expansion of EV battery and energy storage businesses.

We deliver localized production, reliable supply chains, and customer-centric solutions tailored to global markets, with a focus on accelerating the global energy transition.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement global financing strategies, manage financing businesses across APAC, EMEA and Americas regions to meet the capital needs of global projects.
  • Explore and maintain global financing channels, including commercial banks, investment funds, green bonds, equity financing and government subsidies, to secure low-cost and long-term capital.
  • Lead high-value commercial negotiations with global financial institutions, optimize financing terms (interest rate, repayment period) and control financing costs and risks.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with global HQ, local factories, supply chain and legal teams to align financing plans with business expansion needs and ensure compliance with local regulations.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of financing projects, including application, approval, fund allocation and repayment management, and provide financing analysis and suggestions for senior management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above, major in Finance, Economics or related fields.
  • 8 yrs + of global financing experience, with successful large-scale financing cases.
  • Solid understanding of global financing tools, green finance policies and regional regulatory requirements (APAC, EMEA, Americas), familiar with EV battery/energy storage industry financing logic.
  • Strong global resource integration ability, negotiation skills and cross-cultural communication skills, able to work under high pressure and meet tight deadlines.
