Position Overview: We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic Translation Support Intern to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals interested in applying their language skills to support China Outbound Direct Investment (ODI) projects and help facilitate clear communication with Chinese-speaking audiences. The intern will play a key role in translating and localizing marketing materials, articles, and publications, ensuring they are culturally relevant and accurate. Additionally, this role will be supported by AI translation tools to enhance efficiency, though the intern will be expected to refine and adapt the output to ensure it aligns with the company's tone, style, and target audience. Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Translate marketing materials, articles, and publications from English to Chinese, ensuring accuracy and cultural relevance.
• Carefully supplement translations provided by AI tools to ensure quality.
• Work closely with the China marketing team to ensure that translations align with the company's tone, style, and messaging.
• Provide key translation support for China Outbound Direct Investment projects, ensuring content is translated and communicated clearly to target audiences.
• Collaborate with team members to refine content and improve the translation process.
• Support WeChat posts editing and organization of ODI events as needed. Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree (or pursuing) in Translation, International Business, Communications, or a related field.
• No prior experience required, but translation or content localization experience is a plus.
• Must have Native fluency in Chinese (written and spoken), and Professional or native fluency in English.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly organized, excellent attention to detail, and adept with applying technical words / terminology.
• A keen interest in Asia's business, legal, and economic landscape is highly encouraged.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams. Additional Requirement: Applicants must pass a short translation test as part of the selection process. *Applicants must meet the requirements to work as an intern pursuant to China's labor law. Candidates should define preferred starting date (available period of internship) and current Chinese visa status.
