Main Responsibilities:

· Lead and oversee the operation function including Production, Manufacturing, Engineering, and General Store;

· Achieve total customer satisfaction in total product quality, cost of manufacturing, on-time delivery and valued engineering service;

· Responsible for profit and loss, with maximization of the revenue and profitability, of the accounts assigned;

· Drive to maximize the production efficiency, minimize the down time and change over time, optimize the staff and workers ratio, control overtime and utilize the labor force effectively;

· Facilitate and ensure materials and production planning are sufficient and timely to meet with customers requirements;

· Enhance manufacturing automation, design for manufacturability, information technology application to operation and material planning;

· Perform any additional activities as assigned.

Requirements:

· Degree in Business Management, Manufacturing/ Industrial Engineering, Electronics or related disciplines;

· Not less than 15 years solid experience in electronics manufacturing industry, with at least 10 years in senior managerial level;

· Proven track record in operations improvement with significant business growth;

· Excellent knowledge in manufacturing/electronics engineering and factory management;

· Strong communication and interpersonal skill in enhancing collaboration and relationship across business, function and operation units;

· Good business acumen and versatile in problem solving and decision making;

· Proficiency in English and Chinese (including Putonghua);
