*The Impact You'll Make*
Resposible for leading a team of engineers and technicians to conduct power module electrical test and qualification test, and provide technical support to FAE and Sales.

*What You'll Be Doing*

  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of the laboratory
  • Ensure effective technical support and training to FAE and sales by providing technical explanation and presentations
  • Support FAE and Quality department to investigate and identify the root cause of product field failures
  • Conduct benchmark investigations of competitor products
  • Perform performance and reliability test of new power modules
  • Ensure that inverter system and application relevant targets of new product development are tested and fulfilled
  • Perform product validation and qualification test of new product and variant developments as well as product maintenance and requalification tasks
  • Guide lab staff to optimize test methods, procedures and setup to increase testing efficiency and accuracy
  • Ensure that measurement standards and qualification guidelines are aligned and followed with Central Compliance Department
  • Responsible for selection, maintenance and calibration of lab instruments and equipment
  • Ensure lab and equipment safety, as well as environment sanitary

*What We're Looking For*
Bachelor or Master degree in electrical engineering or a comparable field of study

Over 5 years of experiences on power electronics or power electronic applications

Experiences On Lab Management And Leading People Is Preferred
Hands-on experience in IGBT/SiC testing, driver design, PCB design, and circuit simulation, ideally also experience in inverter design

Relevant test knowledge in power module qualification, e.g. Power cycling, Thermal cycling; HTRB; HTGB,H3TRB, etc.

Good comminication skills to drive cross functional cooperation

Chinese and English as working languages
