一、岗位要求:
1、机械、材料、电子或相关专业;
2、有5-8年以上电子行业PD、產品製程設計開發工作经验;
3、书面英语熟练,口语可简单日常交流,口语流利者优先考虑;
4、熟悉注塑件工艺,对模具/成型/CNC/激光焊接/组装了解,懂产品设計
5、熟悉3D画图,Proe/croe/UG优先;
6、熟悉公差分析、FA、DFM报告等;
7、有项目管理、专案管理经验,有直接对接客户经验;

二、岗位职责:
1、熟悉注塑产品新产品开发、结构设计流程,具有结构分析能力;
2、负责塑胶件产品开发、尺寸分析、制程分析;
4、负责模具开模试模检讨, DFM检讨,FA报告编写;
5、负责注塑件制程开发(注塑成型/镭雕/喷漆/组装/印刷/CNC/组装等);
6、直接对接客户,讨论注塑件产品技术,参数等;
7、懂得塑胶模具、注塑成型特性者优先。
