• Responsible for formulating the assembly and production process of automotive electronic power products, such as assembly, locking, testing, etc. 负责汽车电子产品组装生产的工艺制订,如装配、锁付、测试等。
• Responsible for analyzing product production issues and developing relevant process standards, such as Layout, SOP, PFMEA, Flow chart, etc. 负责分析产品生产问题,制定相关工艺标准,如Layout、SOP、PFMEA、Flow chart等。
• Responsible for process plan design, including equipment selection, process planning, and related tooling design. 负责工艺方案设计,包括设备选型,工艺流程制订,相关工装设计等。

• Responsible for analyzing the failure of defective products and tracking improvement measures until they are implemented and resolved. 负责不良品失效分析,并追踪改善措施直到落地解决。
• Participate in reviewing the design of power level layouts, be responsible for the introduction of new products for power level products, and follow up on the production status of all process segments. 参与评审layout的设计,负责新品导入,跟进所有制程段生产状况。
• Responsible for improving efficiency and quality during mass production, and continuously optimizing related processes.负责量产过程中的效率提升与品质改善,并对相关制程不断进行优化。
• Responsible for analyzing and resolving quality issues with products in the market. 负责分析和解决产品在市场出现的品质问题。
• Responsible for equipment management and fault repair to ensure the equipment is in good condition and meets the requirements of process research and development work, as well as the preparation of related spare parts, and to improve equipment utilization rate, etc. 负责设备管理及故障维修,确保设备性能完好,满足工艺研发工作,以及相关备件的准备工作,并能提升设备稼动率等;

Qualifications and Competencies/任职资格及能力:

• Proficient in the assembly and production process of power level products, able to proficiently complete the process design of related products and formulate process documents. 精通汽车电子产品的组装生产工艺,能够熟练的完成相关产品的工艺设计及工艺文件的制订。
• Familiar with equipment selection for electronics products, able to design the tooling, fixtures, gauges, fixtures, and measuring tools used to a certain extent, and have a certain understanding of non-standard automation. 熟悉汽车电子产品的设备选型,能够对所使用的工装、夹、检、治、测具进行一定程度上的设计,并对非标自动化有一定的理解。
• Familiar with the IATF16969 system and proficient in using the five major tools.熟悉IATF16969体系、能够熟练运用五大工具。
• Proficient in using basic office software and drawing software, proficient in preparing process documents, and possessing statistical analysis skills. 熟练使用基本办公软件以及制图软件,熟练编制工艺文件,具备统计分析能力。
• Analytical, solution-oriented, independent and structured way of working;

high degree of communication skills, assertiveness and ability to work in a team. 善于分析和解决问题,能独立、有条理的工作,良好的沟通技巧和团队合作能力。

• Remain accountable when mistake happens and be able to speak up if something goes wrong.

• Proficient in the commissioning, troubleshooting and maintenance of non-standard automated equipment such as tightening, air tightness testing, heat dissipation and sealant application. 熟练掌握拧紧、气密测试、散热及密封胶涂布等非标自动化设备的调试、异常处理及维护保养技能; Education/教育要求:
• Bachelor degree or above (or equivalent in a related field), majoring in electrical, electronic, automation, or related fields. 本科及以上学历(或相关专业同等学历) ,电气、电子、自动化等相关专业。 Experience/经验要求:
• More than 5 years of working experience in the automotive electronics and 2-3 years of process & equipment experience in electronics products. 74 要求具有5年以上的汽车电子行业工作经验,2~3年汽车电子产品的制程及设备经验。 74 Fluent English in both writing and oral as main working language besides mandarin. 需要具备流利的英语(口语和书面)技能作为除普通话之外的主要工作语言。
