  • 研发新型化合物半导体材料以及 Epi 结构以实现和改进相关器件的性能和可靠性
  • 参与并制定材料生长的 flow & recipe
  • 对 epi wafer 进行测试和 characterization (包括 XRD, PL, AFM 等等)
  • 与器件及工艺工程师合作,解决与材料相关的问题,并制定有关 epi 的质量和可靠性的管 控措施
  • 在跟踪国际上前沿的化合物半导体生长技术发展的同时,建立自主的 proprietary epi technology 任职要求:
  • 微电子,物理, 材料等专业,博士学历
  • 具备深厚的化合物半导体知识
  • 有一定的 MOCVD or MBE 生长经验
  • 有一定的 材料特性测试的实际经验
  • 有主动性,团队精神,以及良好的表达能力
