该职位来源于猎聘 职责概要 Duties & Responsibilities 制定维修、巡检计划 Develop maintenance & inspection schedules for semiconductor tools. 确保团队遵守半导体厂区EHS规范 Enforce EHS compliance at wafer fab sites for teams/subcontractors. 统筹现场服务与资源协调 Oversee on-site service delivery, rapid response, and regional manpower coordination. 监督设备维护/故障处理达标 Ensure equipment maintenance/troubleshooting meets wafer fab standards. 优化团队架构与培训 Align team structure/training with semiconductor installed base growth. 维护战略客户关系 Cultivate strategic customer partnerships through proactive engagement. 管控半导体级备件及工具 Manage semiconductor-grade spare parts and dedicated tooling. 任职要求 (Qualifications) 学历: 大专及以上,驻场工程师管理经验 Education: Diploma/Degree with on-site engineer management exposure. 经验: 5年+半导体/真空业现场工程师管理 Experience: 5+ years managing field engineers in semiconductor/vacuum industry. 技能: 半导体行业经验优先;中英文沟通能力 Skills: Semiconductor background is preferred; can use English as working communication.
