1. 熟悉与掌握公司经营的产品知识与业务,广泛接触储能行业客户,多渠道收集客户市场项目信息,寻找到适合公司产品的潜在客户;
2. 利用相关渠道和资源,了解和挖掘细分市场龙头客户的真实需求和购买意愿,具备独立获得订单或项目定点的能力,完成对应的销售目标;
3. 对接大客户技术需求,与公司领导及技术工程师对接并推动项目;
4. 配合技术工程师与大客户进行技术交流,促进双方项目意向交流;负责与大客户商务对接和谈判,签订项目合同及跟进订单的实施;
5. 按规定定期完成市场销售、项目总结,积极做好内部工作沟通;
6. 负责项目实施阶段协助项目管理人员做好客户沟通工作;
7. 接待客户来访和参观工作,介绍公司的产品和提升公司知名度;
8. 协助其它岗位工作,完成领导交办的其他工作。
任职要求
1. 有工商储或大储销售工作经验,有一定的客户资源;
2. 熟悉能产品和相关应用领域;
3. 独立工作能力强,具有良好的商务谈判技巧和沟通协调能力,有很强的团队合作精神;
4. 工作认真细致,负责心强,能在压力下有条不紊的开展工作;
5. 性格外向、乐观、能吃苦耐劳、开拓进取,乐于接受挑战;
6. 具备相关信息分析整理能力;具备市场经验和敏锐的市场洞察力,分析力;
7. 严格遵守公司规章制度和服从领导管理;
8. 英语可作为工作语言。
