高级采购工程师(直接物料)

该职位来源于猎聘 Main Responsibilities / Tasks:

• Support sourcing activities in order to expand supply base for direct materials; 负责采购工作,扩大直接物料的供应商渠道;
• Utilize commodity expertise to support on developing Business Plans and Strategic Plan Metrics: incl. (but not limited to) MCS (Material Cost Savings), BCC & Other objectives, supplier performance objectives; 发挥产品的技术专业知识,促进业务发展和战略计划的实施,包括物料成本控制,网络商业模式,其他采购模式,以及对供应商指标的确定;
• Travel to suppliers and other MT facilities as required for this position; 需要去供应商和其他ITT公司出差;
• Coordinate projects of sourcing/localization and Working Capital improvement, organize cross-functional communications to make sure the project timeline is on track and project deliverables are delivered properly; 协调项目采购的本地化发展和运营资本的改进,组织跨部门的沟通确保项目进度和项目交付;
• Maintain category database, be the owner of active category supplier list and price list, SAP info record updating and commodity contracts; 维护物料种类的数据库,管理供应商清单和价格清单,维护SAP系统和物料采购合同;
• Lead supplier management activities, incl. (but not limited to) supplier performance evaluation (scorecard), contract management (negotiate, create, maintain & enforce), purchasing policy and procedure rollout and execution; 负责供应商管理,比如供应商审核,合同管理(谈判、创建、维护和执行),采购政策,确认程序,执行程序;
• Capable of providing any other additional support as requested by supervisors; 若有需要,提供其他支持;
• Comply with ESH policy and procedure, implement ESH responsibilities,carry out ESH activities, keep all operations in line with ESH requirements and deliver ESH performance; 遵守ESH政策,履行ESH职责,开展ESH各项活动,确保工作符合ESH要求,达成ESH绩效;
• Other works assigned by the supervisor.

主管指定的其他工作。 Qualifications/ Requirements:

• At least bachelor Degree in mechanical engineering or chemistry; 本科或以上学历,化学化工或机械工程专业;
• Have experience related to one or more components (Chemical, Minerals, and Metals); 有一种或多种原材料采购经验,比如化学品、矿产品、五金材料;
• Solid analytical skills, with excellent follow-up and attention to detail; 扎实的分析能力,优秀的问题完善能力,注重细节;

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in Purchasing/Procurement and / or a Direct Material Management related field, experience in Automotive industry is a must. 至少5年以上采购经验,直接物料相关领域,必须具有汽车行业经验。
