- 原材料评估和分析:分析和评估用于湿法工艺和技术的原材料,合成纤维,胶粘剂和化学品的工艺技术改造和研发,如分散剂,湿强剂等助剂的选型,生产工艺和设备的优化。
- 组织筛选高新材料的应用,以便匹配主机及售后客户各种个性化市场需求
- 复合材料成型工艺及改进
- 分析成品纸样品,建立和管理数据库。
- 负责原材料检测,并对试验结果进行记录,数据整理及归档
- 负责对产品进行理化分析及性能试验
- 掌握复合材料检测设备的操作使用,程序输入和日常维护保养及校验
- 制浆造纸,轻化工,材料科学及工程,高分子材料专业,硕士学历,应届毕业及以上工作经历
- 英文读写熟练
- 有实验室和产品设计经验,具有一定的制浆造纸相关专业知识,了解湿法工艺等相关设备,工作原理和工艺流程。有纸张施胶经验者优先。
- 创新能力,问题解决能力,逻辑和分析思维。
- 熟悉了解行业规范及全球市场的需求以及最新动向
1. 在卡特彼勒东半球最强大的研发中心的化学实验室实习,可以掌握顶尖的表面处理工艺如喷漆,电镀、各种金属非金属的化学分析、新能源材料分析等技能,为将来的工作打下坚实的实战经验和知识技能积累。
2. 通过深度参与化学检测分析与实验室管理,挑战高标准的检测项目,优秀的工作环境和团队氛围,为您的职业成长提供支持。
3. 本实验室为ISO17025 认证实验室:通过与实验室资深工程师合作,参与再认证过程,可以帮您了解国际上被广泛接受和认可的实验室评估体系。职位描述:主要职责包括但不限于以下条目:
1)负责日常化学成分分析,确保分析结果的准确性和可靠性。
2)负责盐雾类加速腐蚀试验,评估材料、产品(样品)的耐腐蚀性能。
3)负责日常非金属材料力学性能检测及热力学检测。
4)参与ISO17025实验室质量管理体系的维护,持续优化实验室运作流程 。
5)编写或修订实验室操作规程和相关技术文件。资格要求:
• 学历要求:化学分析、化学工程、应用化学、材料工程或相关化学专业专科及以上学历。
• 学习能力:对"材料分析技术"、"实验室工作内容"、"ISO17025实验室质量管理体系"感兴趣且善于有针对性的提出问题。
• 具备化学品管理和风险评估意识。
• 技能要求:有实验室操作经验者优先。
• 能熟练使用微软办公软件(如word, excel, PPT等)。
• 了解化学分析的基础知识。对红外光谱设备、拉伸机、冲击试验机、TGA、DSC等设备有操作经验者优先考虑。
• 了解非金属材料基础知识,包括橡胶、塑料、粘合剂等。
• 良好的沟通和交际能力。
• 良好的英文听读写能力。
• 积极主动,团结合作。
