  • Maintain the planning parameters in SAP system; 在SAP系统维护物料计划所需的各种参数
  • Planning the MPS based on customer demand; 根据客户需求编制主生产计划
  • Monitor demand change and reschedule the material plan accordingly;

及时应对需求变化调整相应的物料计划

  • Teamwork with production to meet customer delivery requirement; 协助生产满足客户出货计划
  • Release purchase request to purchasers based on supply and demand analysis; 根据需求分析需求订单数据,通知采购下单
  • Daily monitor the PO on time delivery to meet sales order and manufacturing order needs; 每天维护更新物料到货计划满足客户订单需求
  • Weekly review the material status for assigned production schedule and feedback to production Planner for the order status; 每周复盘生产计划中物料需求情况,及时反馈给生产计划订单状况;
  • Monthly Safety stock level adjustment to meet the sales request for high runners' item; 每月根据需求调整安全库存的指标;
  • Monitor excess and obsolete materials, responsible to control on the monthly inventory performance; 监控呆滞和废弃物料,保持良好的月度库存水平;
  • Other tasks assigned by leader team. 领导指派的其他任务 任职要求:
  • College or above graduate; 大专及以上学历;
  • ERP/BOM knowledge is required; 有一定的ERP和BOM的知识
  • Be proficient in MS office is basic; 熟练使用办公软件
  • At least 2 years' experience in production / material planning; 至少两年的生产计划或者物料计划经验
  • Familiar with ERP system, SAP experience is preferred; 6. 熟悉ERP系统运用,SAP系统优先;
