WHAT YOU WILL DO1.Support the creation of interactive dashboards with Power BI and create compelling storylines to highlight key insights and support decision-making
2.The launched reports/dashboards should not only be about reporting or KPI analysis but also provide application scenarios and be able to be sold to stakeholders
3.Quickly adapt to our internal business processes and data logic (e.g., order management, PVM/Distributor inventory, sales data, RTM execution) and stay updated with the best practices in BI and data analysis
WHAT WE WANT YOU1.Bachelor degree and above, logical and good communication
2.Experience in both sales management role (trade marketing or route-to-market preferred) and consultancies, RTM transformation experience preferred
3.Minimum 6 years' work experience of business data analytics and drive business changes based on analytics result
4.Strong project management & inter-personal skills, with sound record in managing senior stakeholder and potential conflicts
5.Consumer, retail and / or e-commerce industry background & experience preferred
6.Good learning agility and business acumen, passionate with high level of commitment, adapted to the constantly changing topics
7.Strong in strategic and logical thinking, able to see through underlying gaps & opportunities from data analytics and able to lead the change management with right owners
8.Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional & cross-cultural environment
9.Fluent communication in both Mandarin and English, oral and written
10.Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power point, access, power BI; Tableau Certified / Qualified Associate and deep learning experience preferred
